We have been learning about different fairy tales in class and elements such as who the characters are, where the story takes place, what problem the characters face and how they solve the problem.
Asel and Daniel are solving a puzzle about fairy tales. Asel speaks Turkish and Daniel speaks Russian and Dutch. They have only been learning English for a little while but they can use English to communicate with each other! Wonderful!

In class we were also working on elements of Fairy Tales. We played a game about The Three Little Pigs. While we played, we retold the story in our own words.

While we were working on Fairy Tales we also did some work on verbs and read a book about a character that likes to do lots of different thing. We identified the verbs in the story. One of the things this character that likes to do is pull faces! We can pull some pretty good faces too!
