In Reception, we have been talking about some of the things we can buy in the grocery store. We played a game where the children had a shopping list. They had to look for things in this list to put into their trolleys.

Then on Monday and Tuesday, Reception classes walked to the supermarket to buy some food with the funds raised from Footsteps for Food. The items bought will be donated to the food bank. When asked why they were going to the supermarket, this is what Daniel said:
"The food, it's for to the people who have no money and no food."
