Some of the children in Year 1 have been out sick recently, so we decided to discuss how to tell someone if we feel sick or have hurt ourselves.
We did this by learning new words and phrases in English and translating them into our Mother Tongues.

The children used their drama skills to act out a visit to the doctor. We noticed that the word for 'doctor' sounds the same in many languages!
