The new school year is getting off to a great start. In Reception
there are, as always, many new children and quite a few of them are just now
beginning to learn English.

These first two weeks of school we have been learning to
introduce ourselves and we have been playing simple colour and counting games.
The children have played these games eagerly and they are always happy to help
each other. Most of children can already count to at least ten in their home
language and they are happily sharing their knowledge from their home
language.
