"Head, shoulders, knees, and toes"

In Reception, we have been learning about the different parts of our body.  We started off by singing a song that is probably quite familiar to most of the children, "Head, shoulders, knees, and toes", followed by a game with the same title.

Ido sang quietly and pointed to the pictures to help him remember the names of the body parts.
We were being respectful whilst listening to multilingual versions of the song.
Nayla and Ginevra (above) sang in German and Mikel (below) sang in Hungarian.

When it was her turn to play, Mia asked, "Can I say it in my language?"
At the end of the day, we even got to learn how to say "head" in  different languages!

Ido and Mika:  rosh (Hebrew)
Biel:  cabeza (Spanish)
Cyprien:  tete (French)
David:  tou (Chinese)
Saad: rayis (Arabic)

How do you say "head" in your language?
