Have you ever seen a thesaurus in your classroom?
We took a closer look at fossils and even dinosaur bones, and found out how an archaeologist puts them back together. It was quite a puzzle!
We imagined how different parts of the dinosaur would feel, and how we could best describe them. Exciting WOW words also known as adjectives have been used to make our writing longer and stronger and to bring it to life!
We also discussed how some of these parts are called in our home languages.
Do you know what a spine, frill, horn or plate is in your language?
